Today, Dec. 6th, Tony came to repair some glitches here and there on our HP 3700 printer.  As usual, he took out time to explain what was wrong and how he fixed the problem(s).  He ran some tests before he left.  I was pleased as always. I’m really writing to say thank you for being a great company with great employees.  When Tony has not been around to take our service call, you managed to send another great technician. Tony is my favorite and always will be.  All your personnel, from the phone person at TTI, you and your technicians are all great. Tony is a well-rounded representative of your great company.  Excellent customer service skills, mannerly, good natured, very skilled and never leaves a job without covering what was not working and how he resolved.  He goes the extra mile and runs a test to prove working status. I am sure he is a valuable asset to TTI.  Thank you for making TTI a good place to work enough that he has stayed for the long run. Let him know I said this. This printer was no piece of cake and I think you know this.
